1. Is the operating temperature of UV LED power supply the same as the ambient temperature?
Operating temperature and ambient temperature in electronic equipment parameters are not a concept.
Operating temperature: refers to the temperature of the equipment itself during normal operation (heating range);
Ambient temperature: refers to the required range of ambient temperature for normal operation of equipment.
2. How many degrees can the working temperature of UV LED lamp reach?
Temperature is related to heat dissipation. UV LED itself can work at very low temperature. Some high-power UV LEDs can often reach more than 100 degrees Celsius when working. However, high temperature has an impact on the life of UV LED, so the lower the temperature, the better. The high-power UV LED particles have a large calorific value. 3. Heat dissipation: the LED light source is attached to the aluminum substrate with good thermal conductivity. The heat dissipation of LED lamp beads and power supply are separated and do not interfere with each other, so as to ensure the rationality of heat dissipation. Generally, aluminum with high thermal conductivity and good heat dissipation is used. If the quality is poor, the heat dissipation with poor thermal conductivity is adopted, and even the heat dissipation of LED lamp beads is shared with the heat dissipation of power supply, resulting in poor heat dissipation and easy damage.
